Do I have Obessive Compulsive Disorder?

Hi I was wondering, I have intrusive thoughts. I am 15 years old so I began to read online about them. And the first thing that came up was ocd. I have taken liken 3 or 4 different online test's none of them say I have ocd. They all say its extremely unlikely. So I was wondering is there anyone out there who knows if this is puberty or not. Or anyone who had this problem and then it went away. Could some please help. Also I don't have any rituals like I dont straighten things or wash my hands excessively.
